It was made with fractal program called Incendia which you can find here: [link]
This particular fractal was made with an older version of Incendia. I have not downloaded the most recent version yet, as I haven't been working with fractals for a few months now.
I am hoping to get back into fractals again as soon as I can find the time to do so.
